Minimal and honest.

If you sign up for VIBEnet protocol updates or request a listening session, we store what you submit and the context of the submission: your email address, which page and form you used, the workflow interest you selected, campaign parameters from the URL you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), the hostname of the referring site, whether demo audio was enabled when you submitted, and the submission time. The honeypot field is used only to reject automated spam.

The listening-session form asks for explicit consent before we contact you about a session, and we only use the submission for that purpose. Your IP address is used transiently for rate limiting and abuse protection; it is not stored with your submission.

The Pulse Trace demo may collect basic interaction events such as play, pause, mute, replay, and conversion. It does not record microphone audio, listen to your environment, or inspect private agent data.

Optional Google Analytics 4 and VIBEnet interaction telemetry remain off until you choose to allow analytics. If allowed, those systems receive only an event name, route path, coarse mobile/tablet/desktop viewport class, and timestamp. We do not send the full URL, user agent, exact viewport dimensions, or device-pixel ratio. You can change the choice from the site footer. Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide aggregate traffic and security measurement independently.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a general newsletter from this form.

To request removal from the list or deletion of your submission and its metadata, email james@jamesfgibbons.com from the address you signed up with. Deletion covers the stored submission record and its context fields.
